Rick Holland
Rick has over 10 years experience working in the education recruitment industry, spending a number of years at senior level management at a leading agency in Manchester before setting up Guardian Education. His acute understanding of the primary sector made him an obvious choice for a senior management role at Guardian Education. Rick has a loyal client base of candidates and schools due to his determination to find the most compatible solution each time a position comes up. Both of his children have attended school in Stockport.
Charlie Ashley
Charlie joined Guardian Education as a recruitment resourcer in July 2017. She is now the Senior Recruitment Consultant, dealing with clients and candidates on a daily basis. She arrived with many suitable skills for the job having worked on supply for Guardian throughout the previous academic year. Charlie fully appreciates the challenges facing supply staff and schools, and uses her undersatnding to find solutions that suit both parties. She has a BA Hons degree in Primary Education and, as well as her teaching knowledge, previous employers have commended her commitment and professionalism.
